Rachel Included in Women’s Justice Awards

Rachel Stahle was awarded the Women’s Justice Awards by Missouri Lawyers Weekly. The Women’s Justice Awards recognize women across Missouri who have demonstrated leadership, integrity, service, sacrifice and accomplishment in improving the quality of justice and exemplifying the highest ideals of the legal profession.

The awards reach out to women in various segments of the legal community, including the bar, the bench, public office, business, academia, nonprofits and the state at large. Rachel is being honored for her litigation work.

Here is a an excerpt from her nomination written by Tim Dollar:

As a partner in our Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect and Medical Malpractice practice groups, Rachel has obtained justice for the elderly, young and the disabled. She is their voice, and fights for more than settlements. She works to change policies and procedures in medical facilities and nursing and group homes to ensure what has happened to her clients doesn’t happen to anyone else ever again.

This tenacity has helped our firm garner more than $25 million in settlements for our clients. In addition, it has led Rachel to being named one of “America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys” last year, “10 Best Female Attorneys in Missouri” by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys and “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for the past four years, just to name a few. She is also a go-to legal source for local media on nursing home litigation.
