Tim Dollar, our founding partner, began his career forty years ago as an assistant prosecuting attorney, representing the State of Missouri in pursuing criminal charges when victims were injured. While he continues to serve Jackson County in high profile criminal cases, this experience reinforced his call to advocate for individuals and families in the civil justice system. Over a quarter of a century ago, Tim recruited other assistant prosecutors with vast trial experience to join him in his fight for justice. The Law Office of Tim Dollar grew into our current firm, Dollar, Burns, Becker & Hershewe, in representing clients in Truck Crashes, Sexual Assault and Abuse, Catastrophic Injury and Wrongful Death, Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect, Child Injuries and Insurance Bad Faith cases.
