Dollar, Burns, Becker & Hershewe secured a $1 million settlement in a wrongful death and negligence suit filed against a Missouri nursing home. The suit alleged that a four-year resident suffering from Alzheimer’s disease was allowed to suffer serious cardiac issues, resulting in her death.
