Dollar, Burns, Becker & Hershewe, L.C., was recently named Best Law Firm by U.S. News and World Report.
This highly prestigious, annual award is given to a select number of firms across the county. To be eligible the firm must have one or more attorneys who are currently recognized by Best Lawyers in America. Dollar, Burns & Becker has four attorneys recognized as Best Lawyers – Tim Dollar, Jeff Burns, Jill Kanatzar and Tom Hershewe.
From there, the firm must fill out a survey and obtain client and professional references. Best Law Firms evaluates this information and looks to select firms who have expertise in their practice areas, are responsive, involved in their community and would be recommended by their clients.
Once they earn the designation of Best Law Firms, each firm is ranked by tiers. Best Law Firms uses this tiering system rather than ranking firms sequentially due to markets and practices areas varying so greatly from city to city. Dollar, Burns, Becker & Hershewe has awarded Tier 1 in Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiff, which is the highest level.
