WOMEN ALLOWED TO SUFFER SERIOUS CARDIAC INJURIES

A wrongful death and negligence suit against a Missouri nursing home was recently settled for $1 million. Filed by the woman’s son, the suit alleged that the woman, an Alzheimer’s patient and four-year resident of the home, was allowed to suffer serious cardiac injuries, resulting in her death.
