J.J. Burns was recently named one of this year’s Up and Coming honorees by Missouri Lawyers Weekly. This annual award honors legal professionals 40 years-old and under throughout the state who have achieved professional advancements as well as have given back to their community and the industry as a whole.
This year the publication honored 45 attorneys all of whom have been practicing law for 10 years or less. Each attorney was honored at a luncheon as well as featured in the magazine.
When asked what his advice is to younger attorneys, JJ responded “Find some interesting trails on a court’s calendar and go sit through them.”
