Dollar, Burns, Becker and Hershewe had two of its settlements listed in Midwest Lawyer’s Weekly’s Top Verdicts and Settlements 2021.
The two settlements were:
- #15 – $8 million confidential settlement – Buchanan County – Motor Vehicle Collision – Tim Dollar and Josh Becker were the attorneys
- #36 – $1.50 million confidential settlement – Jackson County – Motor Vehicle Collision – Josh Becker was the attorney
Midwest Lawyer’s Weekly gathers these verdicts and settlements from cases submitted directly to them or via independent reporting. It did comment that the courts were busier in 2021 than 2020, but number of overall cases still remains below pre-pandemic levels. However, the dollar amount of settlements and verdicts has risen.
