By immersing himself in all facets of the law prior to coming to Dollar, Burns, Becker & Hershewe, he was able to build a solid foundation of knowledge including preparing for and participating in oral arguments, drafting motions for summary judgment and dismissal, and preparing trial materials for both civil and criminal cases. Since joining the firm, he has argued in front of both the Missouri Court of Appeals – Western District and Missouri Circuit Court. In addition, he has also drafted petitions, discovery and motions.
Not only has all this prepared him to be the voice of change for victims, but also further cemented the idea that unforeseen and unfortunate things happen to people every day, and our legal system can help bring not only justice to the guilty, but peace to the wronged.
Jordan is an exceptionally hard worker and an avid researcher who will stop at nothing to find the truth. This is especially true for his work in our Insurance Bad Faith practice group.
Jordan has seen too often how insurance companies collect premiums from customers for years, only to turn their backs on these people when they actually need the help. He will stop at nothing to ensure his clients not only get what they deserve, but also to ensure this practice of insurance companies of not standing by its contractual obligations comes to an end.
It is this drive that sets him apart from other attorneys and makes him the person clients want on their side.
