Over the span of his career, he has worked for a United States Senator, at the Missouri Court of Appeals Western District, as a clerk at the United States District Court – Western District of Missouri, and practiced at another private law firm. This time spent in judges’ chambers and the legislative branch gives him a distinct advantage in and outside of the courtroom.
Jordan brings this knowledge to our Insurance Bad Faith and Catastrophic Injury Practice Groups, where he works alongside several of the nation’s foremost trial attorneys to be the voice for change.
A Driven Advocate
Despite working in some of the most powerful centers of justice in our country, being able to directly help people get through the toughest time of their lives was what Jordan was meant to do.
From a young age, Jordan was inspired by his father’s work representing those who had been catastrophically injured or killed due to the negligence of others. He knew he wanted to become an advocate for those victims.
Not only has all this prepared him to be the voice of change for victims, but also further cemented the idea that unforeseen and unfortunate things happen to people every day, and our legal system can help bring not only justice to the guilty, but peace to the wronged.
On Your Side
Jordan is an exceptionally hard worker and an avid researcher who will stop at nothing to find the truth. This is especially true for his work as a Kansas City Insurance Bad Faith attorney.
Jordan has seen too often how insurance companies collect premiums from customers for years, only to turn their backs on these people when they actually need the help. He will stop at nothing to ensure his clients not only get what they deserve, but also to ensure this practice of insurance companies of not standing by its contractual obligations comes to an end.
It is this drive that sets him apart from other personal injury attorneys and makes him the person clients want on their side.
