Partner, Jill Kanatzar was honored to be appointed as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for St. Clair County, Missouri, where she had the opportunity to work alongside the elected Prosecutor, Daniel Dysart.
Together, they obtained a jury verdict in State v. Hart, securing a conviction of Rape in the First Degree.
On Tuesday, June 20th, Wade Hart was sentenced to 20 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
Throughout her career, Jill has consistently fought for justice and stood up for victims of sexual offenses. She feels extremely fortunate to continue to represent the State of Missouri in criminal prosecutions of sexual offenders. “I consider it a great honor to have advocated for the 19-year-old victim throughout this case and remain dedicated to ensuring justice is served for other brave victims of such crimes in Missouri.”
