Dollar, Burns, Becker & Hershewe attorney, Jeff Burns, has been appointed once again to the national Transportation Research Board (TRB). The TRB makes up part of the National Research Council, which advises Congress and the President on policy issues related to transportation. This will be Burns’ fourth consecutive year of being asked to serve on the board due to his extensive knowledge of the legal issues surrounding commercial transportation.
