Rachel Stahle, partner, is an accomplished attorney who has significant experience litigating cases involving personal injury, nursing home neglect, medical negligence, and sexual assault and abuse. Her unique combination of tenacity and kindness help her obtain impressive results for her clients while assuring them their concerns are being heard. “I make it a priority to thoroughly discuss each case with my clients, no matter how long or how many times it takes, to understand both what happened and how to keep it from happening again.” Rachel’s experience allows her to accurately evaluate each case while also anticipating the opposing side’s next move, both of which are crucial to her success.
In addition to her trial experience, Rachel has extensive experience in depositions and mediation. She is an accomplished brief writer and is active in her legal community.
Rachel earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Kansas School of Law. While studying there, she was elected articles editor for the Kansas Law Review. She also interned with the Paul E. Wilson Defender Project and participated in the Deposition Skills Workshop and Dean’s Fellows Program. Before joining Dollar, Burns & Becker, Rachel was a partner with Franke Schultz & Mullen, P.C., in Kansas City.
